Day 1, May 8 : arrival in Rote, accommodation in the villa and first BJJ lesson
Day 2, May 9 : first yoga class, second and third BJJ lesson
Day 3, May 10 : mangrove forest tour, fourth BJJ lesson
Day 4, May 11 : second yoga class, fifth and sixt BJJ lesson
Day 5, May 12 : Doho island tour, seventh BJJ lesson
Day 6, May 13 : eighth and ninth BJJ lesson, bonfire and BBQ night
Day 7, May 14 : end of the tour, transfer to the airport
