PROGRAM - SKITOURING: GRAN PARADISO SUMMIT CLIMB
Day 1:
Meeting with the alpine guide in Breuil Pont Valsavarenche (1.956 m. - AO).
Ascent to Vittorio Emanuele II or Chabod mountain hut (2.700 m. / +780 m. / 2h 30min), dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2:
Early in the morning you will start the climb on the glacier of Gran Paradiso to reach the summit at 4.061 m. (+1.300 m. / about 5-6 hours walking up).
Return to Vittorio Emanuele II or Chabod mountain hut (about 4h) and then descent back to Breuil Pont Valsavarenche (about 1h30min).
