LEVEL
Suitable for experienced hikers with no cardio-circulatory or respiratory issues, accustomed to 7-8 hours of hiking per day with elevation gains/losses of +/- 1400 m. The terrain includes mountain trails with earthy, rocky, and stony surfaces. Prior experience with the use of crampons is recommended.
The program can be customized according to your experience and fitness level.
