LEVEL
Suitable for expert hikers in good health able to face daily walks of about 6 hours a day with the altitude gains indicated in the program, with EE passages and/or equipped with fixed chains and ropes.
The program can be customized according to your level of preparation.
RECOMMENDED PERIOD
From mid-July to late August.
From mid-June to mid-July it is still possible to find snow on the highest passes, therefore we recommend the use of crampons and ice axes.
