LEVEL
People in good shape and with decent biking skills. Physical conditions required are basic for eMTB riders and intermediate for standard MTBs.
The program can be customised according to the level and experience of the participants.
RECOMMENDED PERIOD
From mid-June to mid-July and from late August to late September.
